Published Reviews
Booklist Review: "Containing lists culled from postings on the YALSA-BK discussion list, this title is a useful readers'-advisory and collection-development tool. Part 1 is divided into three chapters listing titles by types of readers, formats, and themes and settings. Part 2 contains the annotated lists, arranged alphabetically by author and including copyright year, title, and publisher. Some of the brief annotations are purely plot summary; others include evaluative statements. Each entry references the list from part 1 that the title appears in. The overwhelming index contains authors, titles, series, and subjects, with page numbers for both the list and annotation. Although an accompanying CD-ROM integrates the annotations and the lists, by combining the annotations with the lists and adding additional information such as ISBN, the authors would have made the book much more user-friendly.--Glantz, Shelley Copyright 2010 Booklist"
