SummaryIn the first installment of a trilogy filmed and released in reverse chronological order, Yusuf, an emotionally distant poet, returns home to settle the affairs of his late mother and discovers that Ayla, his distant cousin, has been living with his mother for the past five years and that it was his mother's dying wish that he travel to a saint's tomb two-hour's journey away to sacrifice a lamb in a religious ceremony.
