Summary
In this omnibus volume from Geary's increasingly storied Treasuries of Murder comes the first trilogy of murder. The classic and terrifying tale of 'Jack the Ripper' kicks off proceedings, and is told in vivid, graphic detail as only Geary can narrate it. This is followed by 'The Beast of Chicago', which is about H.H. Holmes, possibly the world's first ever serial murderer, who used chilling methodical means to despatch his victims. Finally, 'The Fatal Bullet' is about the historic assassination of president James Garfield on the morning of July 2nd, 1881.
