In Paris, 1913, when Igor Stravinsky premiered The rite of spring, it was met with boos from the audience and a near riot. Coco Chanel, on the other hand, found it mesmerizing. Seven years later, Coco encounters Igor again, now penniless, and offers him the use of her villa so that he will be able to continue his work, ultimately leading to a love affair between them.
