Summary
Smart but selfish heart surgeon Hugh Knight and his dysfunctional family face their biggest challenges yet in the final season of the hit Australian dramedy. After a year of fire, floods, and asbestos, Whyhope Hospital has been forced to shut down and temporarily relocate to a veterinary clinic, plunging Hugh's hometown into turmoil. Ambitious administrator Sharna arrives to provide aid but promptly fires Hugh's politician mother and takes over the council. With the hospital's former boss Penny reinventing herself out of town and Hugh's brother and sister-in-law facing consequences on the farm after an extended stay abroad, all eyes turn to Hugh to save the day, but he can't help his attraction to Sharna.
